2014

The First Kitchen

Chuys was born in a modest kitchen in Birmingham, AL. Our founders crafted the first batch of signature recipes with a handful of locally sourced ingredients and a whole lot of passion.

2016

Opening Our Doors

We opened our first public location at 216 Summit Blvd, Birmingham. Lines wrapped around the corner on day one — and we've never looked back since.

2018

Delivery & Expansion

Chuys launched delivery services across United States, bringing bold flavors directly to customers' doors. Our menu grew to 80+ items by year-end.

2020

Adapting & Thriving

Despite global challenges, Chuys adapted with contactless delivery, family meal kits, and expanded catering services. We served over 20,000 customers that year.

2022

50,000 Happy Customers

A major milestone — Chuys celebrated serving its 50,000th customer. We launched our loyalty program and revamped our menu with exciting new seasonal offerings.
